MANCHESTER, Aug 27 — Manchester United hit back from conceding twice in the first four minutes to beat Nottingham Forest 3-2 on yesterday as Arsenal dropped Premier League points for the first time this season in a 2-2 draw with 10-man Fulham.

Taiwo Awoniyi burst clear from a United corner to score for the seventh consecutive Premier League game after 90 seconds. Casemiro missed a great chance to level before the break but made amends when he fired home Bruno Fernandes’ knockdown. Fulham’s rearguard held out for more than 70 minutes, but their resistance was finally broken when Saka levelled from the penalty spot.

Postecoglou’s men have so far shrugged off the departure of the club’s all-time record goalscorer Harry Kane to Bayern Munich with new signing Maddison at the heart of most of their good work.
