For the second summer window in a row Man Utd have turned down interest in midfielder Scott McTominay, but his future could still be in the spotlight.
Erik ten Hag wants to keep Scott McTominay in his squad for next season after Manchester United rejected early bids for the midfielder during the transfer window.
One more midfielder could depart Old Trafford this summer, with Casemiro the prime candidate as United seek to shed his high salary after a disappointing campaign last term, but interest is likely to continue in McTominay as well. "I think we have very good players so they'll always have an interest from other clubs," said Ten Hag. "If you score 10 goals in a season and perform very well for Scotland there will be an interest.
