Manchester United are expected to strengthen their first-team squad this summer
Benjamin Sesko has reportedly decided to remain at RB Leipzig, seemingly ending hopes of a potential move to Manchester United.
But it seems the Red Devils will have to turn their attention elsewhere following a latest update on the player from Italian journalist, Fabrizio Romano. It is claimed the 21-year-old has "decided to stay" at his current club and is expected to sign a new contract in the coming days. One glimmer of hope for United relating to this news is Sesko's fresh deal includes a "gentleman's agreement", paving the way for a future exit when both parties decide the time is right.
English clubs will get a closer look at the forward during this summer's European Championships in Germany due to England being in the same group as Slovenia. The two countries will face off against each other on June 25, in the Three Lions' final game in Group C.
