Isiah Leitreil Young, 24, has been charged with the murder of Rashad Cannon, 22.Harris County Precinct 4 deputies responded to a crash at 3:20 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 2800 Hirschfield Road in Spring, officials said.
Cannon's brother told authorities that he got out of the vehicle and expected his brother to leave as well, but he did not and the car kept moving until it struck a fence.Authorities found surveillance footage of the shooting, which took place within five minutes of the brothers driving into the complex.
Villegas stated that Young called her after the shooting at 3:30 p.m., while she was working and claimed someone tried to rob him, authorities said.
