Jordan King was staggering in front of vehicles on Dumbarton Road on the night of August 28 last year. Concerned members of the public called the police.
As various members of the public walked by, King shouted “I'm gonna smash that c**t” and “that c***s getting his f*****g jaw ripped off”.In another incident on January 28 this year, King was abusive to a staff member at the Sainsbury’s store near Buchanan Bus Station. “A staff member asked him to refrain as there were young children in the store. The accused took this advice, apologised, and left.”
“The difficulty is the sentencing options. He does not have suitable accommodation for a restriction of liberty order. Respectfully, the matters don’t attract a custodial sentence.”
