SAN ANTONIO — A man told police he was shot while driving on the west side of town early Wednesday morning.responded to the 300 block of North Pinto Street, not far from West Martin Street, around 12:30 a.m. for reports of a shooting in progress.
When officers arrived at the location they found a 29-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his arm.
