Police believe the man was involved in a fight
A man has been taken to hospital after being found injured 'lying on the grass' following reports of a fight in Rochdale.
He was taken to hospital for injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening. An investigation has been launched by police who believe the man was involved in a fight.No arrests have been made and police are appealing for anyone with information about the incident to contact them. Pictures from the scene show the road taped off, with police vehicles stationed at the cordon and officers seen carrying out enquiries nearby.
