A 29-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries Saturday after being stabbed at a Logan Heights hookah lounge, San Diego police said. Police said a fight broke out between security guards and patrons around 5:30 a.
m. at the Secret Yard hookah lounge near Imperial Avenue and 24th Street. The victim was involved in the altercation and was stabbed in the upper body. The man was transported to Sharp Coronado Hospital where he underwent surgery for life-threatening injuries. Police said the victim was stable. Authorities did not have a description of the assailant due to the large size of the group involved in the fight. Secret Yard’s website says it also serves alcohol and is open until 4 a.m. on Saturdays.
