Man shot, killed by police at San Ysidro trolley station [Breaking]
At least one San Diego police officer fatally shot a man at the San Ysidro trolley station Sunday night, authorities said.
According to scanner traffic, police had received a report of a man on a trolley headed from the Iris Avenue Transit Center to the San Ysidro station who had a gun and was “foaming at the mouth.” A dispatcher told officers the man had been pacing back and forth and had not threatened anyone with the gun.
