A man who survived being shot in the head cannot recall the events surrounding the incident, and authorities are looking for the person responsible.
Officers were called to the 200 block of North Wayne Avenue on a report of a shooting on April 3 at 10:05 p.m. A man was found in the alley shot in the head.
The man was treated at a local hospital, and while he survived, he does not remember the events leading up to the incident.
