Paramedics were called to an eatery along Sarnia Road on Wednesday night to assist the man who was hit in the leg."ALS Paramedics were called to assist at a shooting incident on Sarnia Road near Woodlands Avenue in the Bellair area. On arrival, paramedics found SAPS, multiple security companies and the Local CPF on scene.""Paramedics were shown to a man in his fifties who had been shot in his lower leg.
"It is alleged that there was an armed robbery taking place at a restaurant and whilst the suspects were fleeing, they opened fire, injuring the man. SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further."
