Jaylin Artez Patton, 28, has been released from the hospital and booked into the Jefferson County Jail.
A man shot by Birmingham police last week has been released from the hospital and booked into the Jefferson County Jail on multiple charges.
The disorderly conduct warrants states that Patton “did engage in disorderly conduct with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm by engaging in violent tumultuous or threatening behavior.” when an officer was conducting a traffic stop on I-20/59 northbound between Tallapoosa Street and Airport Boulevard.
