Man sentenced to 26 years in state prison for teenage boy’s fatal shooting at Chicano Park
SAN DIEGO – A man who fatally shot a 15-year-old boy at Chicano Park was sentenced Thursday to 26 years in state prison.
Just before 10 p.m. that night, officers responded to a parking lot at Chicano Park, where a large crowd was gathered, according to SDPD Lt. Andra Brown.The victim was found inside the car, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Medics took him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
