John Patrick Mumper, 49, will serve his sentence in Cumberland County Prison and will also serve 18 months of probation for crashing into oncoming traffic and killing Gabriel Godfrey, 23,Mumper was driving around 20 miles-per-hour faster than the speed limit when he drove through the intersection of North Hanover Street and Noble Boulevard, crashing into the vehicle Gabby rode in on Aug. 28, 2020.
