Christopher Linder, 31, will spend 25 to 50 years behind bars after pleading guilty to criminal attempted murder, voluntary manslaughter and illegal possession of a firearm in connection to the death of 7-year-old Zamar Jones.On Saturday, Aug. 1, 2020, around 7:30 p.m., Zamar was shot in the head while playing with a toy on the porch outside his home along the 200 block of North Simpson Street.
