A Pittsburgh man said his father might lose an eye after he was hit by a foul ball at Saturday’s Pittsburgh Pirates home game.that his father was hit by the ball at about 6:45 p.m. during the Pirates game against the Milwaukee Brewers at PNC Park.
The station reviewed video of the game and found that a Brewers player fouled off a ball into the stands on the third base side at that time. Caimano said that he ran to get ice at a concession stand and used his shirt to carry it because workers had nothing else to put the ice in.
