A man has been banned for two years from part of a town after attempting burn down a block of flats. Terry Wilson, of no fixed address but from Macclesfield, was handed a Criminal Behaviour Order appeared at Chester Crown Court.
If Wilson breaches the order he will be committing a criminal offence which could result in recall to prison or fine.Sergeant Matthew Bassirat of Macclesfield Local Policing Unit, said: “Wilson's behaviour could have resulted in the residents of this apartment complex being seriously harmed, as well as extensive damage being potentially caused.
