Police said the next day, his son, 30-year-old Richard Fluegel Jr., showed up at the Livingston County Government Center with his father's body in his vehicle.
Richard Fluegel Jr., the victim's 30-year-old son, is charged with tampering for allegedly bringing his father's body there.Norton said he has been searching for answers since Sunday. When he gave Fluegel a call, it wouldn't go through."This morning at work, I got the phone call that he was found and that he was deceased, which was unbelievable news," Norton said. "It broke my heart. I can't even explain the feelings that went through my body at the time.
