A man shot and killed his wife and dog before turning the gun on himself Sunday afternoon in San Leon, Galveston County Sheriff Henry Trochesset said.
Deputies around 5 p.m. received two calls, in quick succession, about a disturbance and then shots fired at an RV park in the 2400 block of Avenue D, he said. A neighbor reported hearing a woman screaming, but by the time deputies arrived, they discovered all three dead at the scene. Deputies flew a drone into the trailer before making entry.
