Police have identified Limbert De La Cruz Acosta, 29, of Ephraim, as the man killed in a car crash in Spanish Fork Canyon earlier this month. Acosta was a backseat passenger in a Kia Soul that lost control, striking a westbound vehicle and then being hit head-on by an oncoming Kia Telluride.
