The Lancaster County man was ejected from his SUV after the Monday crash and pronounced dead at the scene.
Jesse Drobnak, of Lancaster, around 3:45 p.m. crossed from the southbound side of Beaver Valley Pike onto the northbound side in West Lampeter Township, head-on into a tree-trimming truck that was pulling a wood chipper, authorities said.The Lancaster County Coroner’s Office pronounced Drobnak dead at the scene. His death was caused by multiple traumatic injuries, and the manner is pending, the coroner’s office said.Both vehicles sustained extensive damage, police said.
The crash is still under investigation.
