Authorities identified the driver, Reginald James House, and said he died at the scene. Two little girls, 5 and 7 years old, respectively were passengers in the car and were taken to the hospital for minor injuries.
said it happened just after midnight when investigators were called to the 700 block of Sawdust Rd. for a single-vehicle crash. Preliminary details from investigators is the driver, later identified as Reginald James House, 29, of Humble was heading east when at some point left the roadway.
House then hit a guardrail before his car came to rest in a parking lot. It’s unclear how he lost control but officials said House died at the scene. Two little girls, who were only identified as 5 and 7-years-old, respectively, were taken to Memorial Hermann - The Woodlands for minor injuries. Their relationship to House was not disclosed by Texas DPS, as of this writing.No additional information was shared but Texas DPS said there is an ongoing investigation.
