Zion police are investigating a weekend incident in which five people, including four high-school-age juveniles, were shot.
Police have not released many details of their ongoing investigation. However, they did say that the victims were targeted, and that nothing suggests there is any threat to the public.
Police said they responded to reports of multiple gunshots in the 1800 block of Horeb Avenue at about 12:19 a.m. Sunday and found the wounded people inside a residence. The four youths were treated and released, police. The man with a gunshot wound in the abdomen was being treated at a hospital.Zion police released a statement Sunday saying they are coordinating efforts with other police agencies, but would not released additional details of the ongoing probe.
