The neighbor denied to police throwing a punch and claimed he only raised his hand to try to ward off the shovel blows. However, according to the police report, the man with the shovel had surveillance video that captured the neighbor throwing the punch first.Guitar heist: Brookpark Extension A man was reclined in the driver’s seat and was wearing only his shorts and covered with a blanket. He said he was ill and requested emergency medical care. He said he had been driving to Chicago when he stopped to sleep. The man was speaking rapidly and had vomited on his blanket and clothes.
