The wince-worthy saga began after the patient began experiencing excruciating pain in his pee pouch, Jam Press reported. Unfortunately, it’s not known how the iron spike infiltrated the man’s system. However, even though he couldn’t afford medical care, surgeons decided to remove the metal interloper to relieve his suffering once and for all.
