Gabriel Marinoaica has been found guilty following the attack in 2021 A man has been found guilty of raping a 15-year-old girl after taking her out to sea to assault her. Gabriel Marinoaica, of Walsall, raped the girl on a busy summer’s day at Bournemouth beach in Dorset, on July 18 2021. The jury at Bournemouth Crown Court heard how Marinoaica, who was 18 at the time, pulled her by the arm into deep water where he groped her.
told Marinoaica “No, get off me,” but he ignored her. ‘He was touching her everywhere, she was uncomfortable and wanted to get out but he pulled her out further.’ The girl was asked by Marinoaica whether she wanted to ‘smash’, and she said no. Ms Fargin continued: ‘He took her out of her depth, he made her vulnerable, she couldn’t even swim, he might not have known that but he might have known she could not touch the bottom. ‘And why did he do that? So he could do what he wanted to do.
