The Maine resident was charged with creating a false public alarm after police found copper wire wrapped around the motel room doorknob.

Police planned to sweep the room but backed off after seeing copper wire wrapped around the doorknob of Bailey’s room. “However, none of these items were constructed to form a functioning explosive device,” Wildwood police said in a statement.”
