A man was found dead in a parking lot after being shot in southwestern Fort Worth. The suspect fled, police say.
A suspect is believed to have fled after shooting a man who was found dead Wednesday morning in a parking lot of an apartment in southwest
Officers were sent just after 4:45 a.m. to a shooting call in the 6050 block of Copperfield Drive, near South Hulen Street and Granbury Road. Police said the officers found a man dead, lying on the ground in a parking lot with gunshot wounds to his torso.The man was identified as 60-year-old Gerardo Rosas, according to Tarrant County medical examiner records. His cause of death was listed as gunshot wound to the shoulder.
