Man found fatally shot in SE Travis Co. parking lot; suspect fled N on US 183 in white truck; TCSO investigating, believes incident isolated.
A man was found fatally shot in a southeast Travis County parking lot early Friday morning, and the suspect was seen fleeing northbound on Hwy 183 in a white truck , according to the Travis County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded to reports of a disturbance involving a gun at a business in the 5600 block of S. Hwy183 near Annalise Dr. at 12:25 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered the male victim deceased in the parking lot. The identity of the victim will be released pending positive identification by the Travis County Medical Examiner and notification of next of kin.
