Man found dead in his car in the Moncrief area, JSO says

JSO is investigating a reported shooting on West 45th Street.

ActionNewsJax.com News StaffJACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call about a person shot at 1600 West 45th Street and Moncrief.Jacksonville Fire and Rescue pronounced them dead.

JSO is currently investigating the scene and looking at surveillance video and canvassing for potential witnesses.JSO thinks that Hilltop Village Apartments has a connection to the murder which is 0.4 miles away from the crime scene.
