A man was found dead Wednesday at a construction site in Tracy, and two teenagers were accused of his murder, the city’s police department said.
The body was reported at 8 a.m. at a site on Corral Hollow Road south of Interstate 580 where homes are being built for the Tracy Hills subdivision.Later Wednesday, two suspects were arrested; one was 18 and the other 17. Both were booked on suspicion of murder, kidnapping and carjacking, police said.
