Louisiana authorities and others located an Oklahoma man who allegedly faked his drowning death to get out of child rape charges he faced in Brunswick, North Carolina.
Jeff Perilloux, who was sentenced to 14 years in prison after being convicted of four sex crimes against teens, has been granted bond as he seeks to appeal his conviction, according to reports.
