A man who was fighting in the street went on to twist a cop’s arm as they tried to arrest him.

William Rothnie, 31, and another man were arguing on Glasgow's Victoria Road on the night of September 13, 2022.Members of the public witnessed the fight and contacted the police.

His lawyer said: “He was approached by four individuals including the co-accused.
