A man was fatally stabbed in Prince George’s County on Friday evening, and investigators described the weapon as a “sword,” according to a police spokeswoman.
The victim was found in an apartment house in the 2100 block of Brooks Drive with an upper-body wound, said Cpl. Antonia Washington, a police spokeswoman. Officers went there after a stabbing was reported.The victim died at the scene. No description of the sword, which was found at the scene, was available, Washington said.
The site is in a residential and commercial neighborhood in the District Heights area. It is just north of Pennsylvania Avenue.
