Deputies responded to an assault call and found the victim on Mt. Baldy Road on Saturday afternoon, Oct. 12.
over the weekend in the Angeles National Forest, the victim’s friends identified him as a longtime photojournalist and educator.
The 60-year-old Paul Lowe, whom the medical examiner’s office and detectives identified as Christian Paul Lowe, died of a stab wound to the neck on Oct. 12. The Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the United Kingdom posted on its Facebook account about they were deeply saddened to hear the news of the sudden death of Lowe.
