Man fatally shot at Oakland homeless camp Wednesday morning.
Besides trying to identify the man, police are also working to determine a motive for the shooting. No arrests have been made.
The killing is the 67th homicide investigated by Oakland police this year. The California Highway Patrol has also investigated four homicides this year on city freeways. Last year at this time Oakland police had investigated 75 homicides. Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $10,000 in reward money for information leading to the arrest of the killer.
