A man is facing several charges after he allegedly received various drugs via the U.S. Postal Service.
The week before, a USPS parcel addressed to "Free Eagle Builders" on the 700th block of East 110 North had been opened through a federal search warrant, an affidavit states. Officers with the Heber City Police Department, as well as postal inspectors, executed a search warrant at the address and found MDMA, ketamine, marijuana, cocaine, and suspected LSD in "distributable quantities."The substances were found in a locked safe, the freezer, a cupboard, and other areas around the house, the affidavit states.The resident of the address, Carillo, arrived at the home while it was being searched and was arrested.
