One woman was walking her dog when the man targeted her, cops say.
Hamilton police have charged a Trenton man with three counts of committing a lewd act in which they say he targeted women in public.
The 33-year-old drove up to the women who were out in Hamilton, exposed himself and showed that he was masturbating, a detective alleged in court papers. He targeted the same woman five days apart in November, once while she walked her dog, and made sure to lift his body so she could see the act, police alleged. He allegedly singled out another woman last week and specifically made eye contact with her.
