Police detained the man Tuesday afternoon at the La Gran Plaza shopping center in southern Fort Worth.
While in handcuffs, police said he started showing signs of medical distress.59-year-old David Devaney, Sr. and 36-year-old David Devany, Jr. were found guilty of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance.
They are also charged with capital murder in a shooting that killed an innocent 64-year-old woman in Burleson.He was taken to the hospital where he later died.The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will determine his exact cause of death.
