The man was taken from the scene of the collision on the Melmount Road area of Sion Mills by the Northern Ireland Air Ambulance last Tuesday. However, he sadly passed away on Sunday 31 July.
"The two-vehicle collision on Tuesday, 26th July on Melmount Road involved a white Vauxhall van and a blue Volvo lorry, and was reported to police at around 1.50pm.
