A Jaguar XF smashed into a stationary car on the M67 near to the junction with Manchester Road South

A man has died after a horror crash on the M67 with another driver in a serious condition in hospital. Police were called to the smash on the M67 , at the junction with the A57 in, Denton on July 2.

Both drivers were rushed to hospital where they received treatment. However, the Jaguar driver, a 72-year-old man passed away a couple of days later. The Toyota driver, a 37-year-old man, suffered serious injuries and is continuing to receive treatment. Greater Manchester Police's Serious Collision Investigation Unit are now appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage.

“We are now able to appeal to the public and especially anyone who was in the immediate area and witnessed what happened late at night as that vital bit of evidence will help us in our investigation.
