Police late Thursday were searching for a man with a rifle who fatally shot another man waiting in his car at an intersection in southwest Houston.
Officers around 9 p.m. responded to a report of a shooting near the intersection of the South Loop and Main Street, near NRG Stadium, Lt. Larry Crowson, of the Houston Police Department, told On Scene reporters. They found a man dead inside a white SUV.
