A man has been rushed to hospital after he was crushed under a huge piece of gyprock at Cooranbong. 7NEWS
The man, aged in his 20s, sustained back and leg injuries when 100kg of the building material fell on him in Cooranbong, NSW Ambulance told 7NEWS.com.au.
Ambulance paramedics and the rescue chopper rushed to the corner of Marshall St and Currans Rd when the accident was reported about 10.50am. The man was placed in a neck collar as a precaution and he was taken via ambulance to John Hunter Hospital, where he was in a stable condition.
