East Precinct officers were dispatched at noon the East Lake neighborhood in the 8200 block of Fourth Ave. North.Miranda was charged several days later.Assistant District Attorneys Charissa Henrich and Logan Flowers prosecuted the case. Miranda was defended by Arienna Grody and Sammie Shaw.
