A 48-year-old man is due to appear in court following the crash.
The double-decker bus crashed into a bridge on Cook Street around 11.35am on Sunday, May 21., ripping off the roof off the vehicle.
Emergency services rushed to the scene and 10 people, including a child, were taken to various hospitals for treatment.Police have now confirmed a 48-year-old man has been charged with a road traffic offence and is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court. A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "A 48-year-old man has been charged with a road traffic offence following a crash in Glasgow.
"Around 11.35am on Sunday, 21 May, 2023, officers received a report of a bus crashing into a bridge on Cook Street."A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and the man is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date."
