A man has been charged with attempted murder, strangulation, and domestic violence. The incident occurred on Manning Street, near the bridge over the Licking River. Surveillance video shows several vehicles traveling down the street while a dark colored sedan was parked near the bridge. The victim is currently on life support.
Records show Hoskinson has been charged with attempted murder , strangulation and domestic violence . He is being held on a $1.5 million bond. Police said Smith was taken to Grant Medical Center and is currently on life support .
