A 52-year-old man is in custody and is expected to face the Rockhampton Magistrates Court today, after a woman was found with multiple neck wounds at a home in Frenchville last night.
A man has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly stabbing a woman multiple times in Rockhampton in central Queensland.
Detectives allege the man stabbed the 38-year-old woman at a house in the suburb of Frenchville last night. Shortly after 7pm, police and paramedics were called to the home on Constantia Crescent, where the alleged victim was treated for multiple wounds to the neck area.A 52-year-old Frenchville man was taken into custody and has since been charged with one count of domestic-violence-related attempted murder.Police said the man and woman knew each other.
