Prosecutors are asking that Terran Green be denied bond, so ABC13 will see what the judge has to say about that Monday morning.
Three of the officers who were shot have been released from the hospital, and the fourth, Deputy Joseph Anderson, is said to be improving after having been in critical condition.He was the subject of an intense manhunt after shooting Deputy Anderson during a traffic stop last Wednesday. That manhunt ended at a home in Humble where two U.S. Marshals and another deputy were shot before the home was destroyed while officers attempted to arrest Green.
