Police are looking for answers after they interviewed the former person of interest and determined he was not involved in the death of 22-year-old Monica Alcantar.
Police believe a man previously called a person of interest after a woman was found dead in a car parked in a busy west Houston parking garage was not involved in her death.
Police said there were no obvious signs of trauma or foul play. The cause and manner of death have yet to be determined.
