Man badly burned after RV catches fire in Spring Valley [Breaking]
A man was badly burned early Thursday when the recreational vehicle he was in caught fire in Spring Valley, a sheriff’s official said.
The fire was reported just before 3 a.m. on Harness Street east of Helix Street, Lt. Matthew Carpenter said. The man suffered burns “all over his body” and was taken to a burn unit, Carpenter said. The fire does not appear suspicious, but the department’s Bomb-Arson Unit is investigation due to the severity of the man’s injuries. The RV was destroyed, Carpenter said.
